Ballroom Floor Plans
At your final walkthrough meeting (about 30 days prior to your event), we will customize a floor plan with you based on your guest count and design preferences. In the meantime, feel free to browse some of the following layouts to get some ideas. Our five-foot round tables seat between eight and ten guests comfortably, but if you have more than 120 guests, we recommend ten guests per table.
We also have eight available six-foot round tables which seat up to 12 guests each. If your guest count is higher than 150, this is a great way to cut down on the number of tables in the room. With higher guest counts, we also recommend a wraparound head table to save on space.
If you are providing chargers for the tables, please seat no more than 9 guests at a five-foot round and 11 guests at a six-foot round.

Get in Touch
During the initial stages of planning your wedding, you may prefer to stay in touch with the team member who you toured with. For your convenience, we’ve listed contact information for everyone on our team below – we are all happy to help with questions along the way!
Your assigned Oaks Event Coordinator (one of the team members listed below) will reach out about three months prior to your big day. That person will guide you through the final months of planning including your Final Walkthrough and Ceremony Rehearsal and will be here to oversee your wedding day. Sometimes this is the person you toured with, sometimes it’s another team member (we are happy to consider requests for a specific Coordinator and will do our best to accommodate).
Please note, our office is closed on most Tuesdays and some Mondays. Although you are more than welcome to give us a call, email is almost always the fastest way to reach us (especially during wedding season). We look forward to connecting with you!

Meet Our Team
Janae Bell, Head of Operations
From our entire team, thank you for entrusting us with your special day. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Rhett Montague, Executive Chef
Hello, I’m Rhett. I’m the Executive Chef and Beverage Manager at The Manor House and The Oaks. I’ve been part of The Manor House family since 2017 and have been with The Oaks since the day it opened. Originally from Texas, I moved to Colorado in 2001 to attend culinary school, and what was supposed to be just a one-year adventure quickly turned into a forever home. When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll usually find me with my dog, Waffles, or cooking and sharing meals with friends—because for me, food has always been about bringing people together and creating moments of joy.
I’ve spent more than 30 years in the food and beverage industry, with a special love for weddings. It’s an honor to play a part in such meaningful celebrations, and I couldn’t be more proud of the talented culinary and front of house team I get to work with every day. Together, we’re dedicated to making sure your experience is not only seamless, but truly unforgettable.
Justin Grimm, General Manager
Hello! I’m Justin — General Manager and senior event day coordinator here at The Oaks. I’ve had the pleasure of being a part of The Oaks since day one — I gave tours of the venue during its extensive remodel in 2020 and managed the very first wedding here in August of that year! My time in the wedding industry, however, started way back in 2014 at our sister venue — The Manor House. I’ve enjoyed growing my career with this company and absolutely love our team! In my free time, I enjoy playing golf, attending Avalanche and Nuggets games, and spending time with my girlfriend and our chocolate lab, Maple. I’m looking forward to meeting you!
Alexandra Leigh, Assistant General Manager
Hey, I’m Alex, or Alexandra as my husband refers to me! I am the Assistant General Manager and lead event day coordinator here at The Oaks. I fell in love with the wedding industry while designing my own dream wedding… I will say, It’s not for the faint of heart, but – I LOVE IT – and that’s why I love my job! My favorite part of being married is the ability for spontaneity – my husband and I live in a turn key, high rise condo building in DTC, where although we don’t have the typical married lifestyle (yet) – any pets, kids, or needy house plants – it allows us to leave town for a quick vacation, stay out all day shopping (my favorite activity), or have a fun sleep over at our parents house just for fun! **Fun Fact: I am an only child (and I LOVE it!)
Anna Lathers, Senior Lead Coordinator
Hi, I’m Anna. My name is pronounced On-Uh – think of Frozen. You may mistake me for Alex (see above) at times. It’s okay, it happens all the time! Let me tell you a little about myself. I love pink, Paris – both the city and the person – and shoes. I am obsessed with my dog, Cinna, a Chinese Crested mixed with a powder puff, she is the sweetest angel you will ever meet! Stop by my office if you would like to see photos! I am newly married, and just like you, I got married at The Oaks! My husband and I live in the Castle Rock area, if you see me out and about, please say hi! I have been in the wedding industry for over 10 years and I am absolutely obsessed with it! I can’t wait to be apart of your special day!
Luna Zimmerman, Event Sales Coordinator
Hi! I’m Luna – sales coordinator here at The Oaks! Before this role, I helped set up for weddings at our sister property (The Manor House) and worked as a stylist at Brilliant Bridal where I help brides say ‘yes’ to the dress! I fell in love with the wedding world after planning my own wedding in the beautiful Florida Keys. After getting married, my husband and I packed up all our stuff (including our crazy dog and cat) and moved to Colorado – and let me say, this Florida girl has been converted – I love this state!! On our days off, you’ll find us rock climbing, hiking, tubing, skiing/snowboarding, trying new restaurants and breweries, and traveling as much as possible!
