The Oaks is a one-of-a-kind wedding venue nestled in the rolling hills of Castle Rock, Colorado. Overlooking the 18th hole of the beautiful Plum Creek Golf Course, The Oaks is truly a spectacular destination.
The Oaks seamlessly blends vintage charm with modern amenities and features exquisite spaces for both grand and intimate celebrations alike. Originally constructed as the TPC Plum Creek Clubhouse and designed by world-famous architect Paul Thoryk, the venue was beautifully remodeled in its entirety in 2020.
The Oaks Ballroom boasts two-story vaulted ceilings with massive oak beams and dramatic windows throughout for plenty of natural light. The Oak Room, our Art-Deco-inspired cocktail lounge, will wow your guests with a contemporary design and soft seating. The bride and her ladies can relax in the private bridal suite and spa while the gentlemen enjoy the groom’s room with a state-of-the-art golf simulator.

BALLROOM
Newly-remodeled ballroom with seating up to 200. With vaulted ceilings, massive oaks beams and spectacular views from every seat, you’ll be sure to wow your guests!
BRIDAL SUITE
Get ready on the wedding day with your ladies in our 2,500 square foot bridal suite equipped with swinging bed, plenty of soft seating, private restrooms, outdoor courtyard and spa area featuring two massage tables and steam room. Book the full-day buyout with lunch and mimosas to relax and truly enjoy your special day.
THE OAK ROOM COCKTAIL LOUNGE
This Art-Deco-inspired space features plenty of soft seating, a full bar, wall-mounted TVs, retro lighting and easy access to the wraparound patio. The multi-use Oak Room is perfect for cocktail hour, smaller dinner parties and after-dinner dance parties!
GROOM’S ROOM
Our Groom’s Room is equipped with a top-of-the-line Trackman golf simulator, private restrooms with shower and premium sound system to play your own music. Hit the links and get ready in style. Or if golf isn’t your thing, put on the big game on our 15′ screen!
CEREMONY SITE
We have multiple options for your ceremony no matter season or weather. Enjoy the awe inspiring views of Castle Rock with our fully matured Scrub Oak as a backdrop. If weather brings us indoors, we can easily setup a ceremony in the Ballroom. While your guests enjoy cocktail hour in The Oaks Room, our team will reset the space for dinner. Either setting makes for a stunning wedding ceremony.
SPEAKEASY GAME ROOM
Our Speakeasy Game Room features a pool table, dart board, shuffle board and the coolest vintage bar in town. Reserve the space during your event as an additional watering hole.
