Included Coordination Services
Pre – Wedding
- Vendor recommendations (client is responsible for negotiating, booking, and paying vendors)
- Menu Tasting (January – March in the year of your wedding)
- Final Walk Through Meeting (30 days prior to the wedding)
- Confirm arrival times with vendors (week of wedding)
- Facilitate your ceremony rehearsal (typically the day before your wedding)
Wedding Day
- Setup / breakdown of event details (with the exception of floral, lighting, drapery, specialty design)
- Set out details like guest book, place cards, signage, favors, etc.
- Act as point of contact for vendors
- Direct wedding ceremony
- Assist wedding party, family and guests as needed
- Cut and serve wedding cake / desserts
- Oversee food and beverage service team
- Manage flow of event day from start to finish
- Prepare client’s décor, gifts and cards for departure
Do I Need to Hire a Wedding Planner?
The Oaks coordination services begin just a few months before your wedding. If you want or need additional support during the planning process, hiring a wedding planner can be a wonderful investment. For example, a planner will assist with hiring vendors, help manage your overall budget, and create a complete wedding design.
We’re happy to share recommendations from our vendor list, which includes planners we’ve worked with in the past and collaborate with seamlessly. That said, you’re always welcome to bring in any wedding planner you choose—we’ll be glad to work together to ensure a smooth and successful event.
