THE SPACE

Modern, stylish and spacious, The Oaks features multiple rooms to choose from for your social or corporate event:

Ballroom – Airy and bright space with vaulted ceilings, wraparound windows & stunning views (seated dining for up to 200).

Bar & Lounge – Art-Deco inspired cocktail lounge featuring a full bar, soft seating, wall-mounted TVs, cocktail tables & retro lighting. Perfect for a cocktail-style event, silent auction or after-dinner dance party.

Patio – Incredible views of “The Rock” and Downtown Castle Rock, plenty of soft seating, market lights & fire tables.

Grand Foyer – Dramatic space with massive Oak beams & soft lighting (combine with Bar & Lounge for indoor cocktail parties for up to 250). Great for cocktail hour or photo booths. 

Smaller Breakout Rooms: Trackman Golf Simulator, Speakeasy Game Room, Elegant Dressing Suite & Spa.

Our full-service approach to social and corporate events equals stress-free planning and a seamless event!

We include in-house catering and bar services, in-house event inventory (tables, chairs, linens, place settings, glassware), setup and breakdown services, and a friendly service staff to take excellent care of your guests. We can even arrange professional audio / visual services with one of our highly recommended professionals.
