The Oaks is a one-of-a-kind wedding and private event venue nestled in the rolling hills of Castle Rock, Colorado. Just 25 minutes south of Denver, this convenient location boasts stunning natural surroundings with incredible views of the area’s castle-shaped butte in the center of town. Overlooking the 18th hole of the beautiful Plum Creek Golf Course, The Oaks is truly a spectacular destination.
The Oaks seamlessly blends vintage charm with modern amenities and features exquisite spaces for both grand and intimate celebrations alike. Originally constructed as the TPC Plum Creek Clubhouse and designed by world-famous architect Paul Thoryk, the venue was beautifully remodeled in its entirety in 2020.
The Oaks Ballroom boasts two-story vaulted ceilings with massive oak beams and dramatic windows for plenty of natural light. Our Art Deco-inspired cocktail lounge is sure to impress your guests with its glamorous and sleek design. Oaks couples enjoy two distinct getting ready spaces — a private bridal suite and spa and the groom’s room featuring a state-of-the-art golf simulator.

THE BALLROOM
Newly-remodeled ballroom with seating for up to 225. With vaulted ceilings, massive oaks beams and spectacular views from every seat, you’ll be sure to wow your guests!
BRIDAL SUITE
Get ready on the wedding day with your ladies in our 2,500 square foot bridal suite equipped with swinging bed, plenty of soft seating, private restrooms, outdoor courtyard and spa area featuring two massage tables and steam room. Book the full-day buyout with lunch and mimosas to relax and truly enjoy your special day.
BAR & COCKTAIL LOUNGE
This Art-Deco-inspired space features plenty of soft seating, a full bar, wall-mounted TVs, retro lighting and easy access to the wraparound patio. The multi-use space is perfect for cocktail hour, smaller dinner parties and after-dinner dance parties.
GROOM’S ROOM
Our Groom’s Room is equipped with a top-of-the-line Trackman golf simulator, private restrooms with shower and premium sound system to play your own music. Hit the links and get ready in style. Or if golf isn’t your thing, put on the big game on our 15′ screen!
CEREMONY SITES
We have several options for your wedding ceremony, no matter season or weather. Outdoors, enjoy the awe-inspiring views of Castle Rock with our fully-matured Scrub Oak trees as a backdrop. Indoors, you have two stunning options – the expansive feel of The Ballroom or the dramatic stone wall backdrop in the Foyer.
SPEAKEASY GAME ROOM
Our Speakeasy Game Room features a pool table, dart board, shuffle board and the coolest vintage bar in town. Reserve the space during your event as an additional watering hole.
