Introduction
We offer 6 different menu package options, each with different price points and offerings to cater to all types of dining preferences and budgets.
Some of our menu packages come with specific requirements, such as collecting RSVPs or providing indicator cards for meal selections. To ensure the comfort and safety of your guests, all of our packages require gathering information on allergies and dietary restrictions in advance. This allows our team to accommodate every guest and provide the best possible dining experience!
Our entire team is certified in food safety through Always Food Safe and well-trained in handling allergies and preventing cross-contamination. We offer many options to cater to common dietary needs, such as gluten-free and dairy-free options. Additionally, we are happy to provide vegan or vegetarian meals for up to 10% of your total guest count at no additional charge.
All of our menu packages include a side salad and passed appetizers; however, some packages include more appetizers than others. Keep reading to explore more details about each of our packages, including requirements and suggestions to help you choose the perfect option for your wedding.

Single Entree - Plated
Our first and most affordable menu package is our Single Entree, which comes with two passed appetizers and a salad. This is served as a plated meal.
This package includes:
- One protein of your choice
- Two passed appetizers
- A plated salad
With this option, all guests will be served one protein of your choice. You can choose between chicken, steak, or fish, but keep in mind that all guests will receive the same thing. (Don’t worry – we’ll still accommodate dietary restrictions). This will not require you to collect guests’ entree selections; however, don’t forget that you will need to ask about allergies.
This is a great choice if:
- You would like to serve a plated meal
- You know the general meal preferences of your guests
- You are comfortable serving all guests the same entree

Guest Choice Two Protein - Plated
Our next menu package is also served plated, but allows guests to choose between two protein options. This is a more traditional wedding menu option.
This package includes:
- A choice between two proteins
- Two passed appetizers
- A plated salad
An indicator card is essentially a place card (or escort card) that includes the guest’s name and their protein selection. For the indicator, you can either write out the word (ex, salmon) or use a small symbol (ex, a picture of a fish). This indicator is essential for our service staff to identify what each guest ordered. See the photos below for examples!
This is a great choice if:
- You would like to serve a plated meal
- You would like to give your guests the choice between two options
- You are comfortable with collecting RSVPS and creating indicator cards

Dual Entree - Plated or Buffet
Our third menu package is the Dual Entrée option, which allows guests the opportunity to enjoy two proteins of your choice on one plate.
This package includes:
- Two proteins for each guest
- Three passed appetizers during cocktail hour
- A plated salad
We can offer this option as either a plated meal or a buffet. If you choose to serve this plated, guests will receive both proteins on their plate. If you would prefer to serve this as a buffet, guests can choose one or both proteins as they walk through the buffet to build their plate. A buffet will also allow the option to add additional sides for an extra charge. This option does not require guests to select their meal in advance.
This is a great choice if:
- You would like the flexibility of offering either a buffet or a plated meal
- You would like additional appetizers during cocktail hour
- You want to provide plenty of food for guests with larger appetites
- You would prefer to skip collecting guest RSVPs and creating indicator cards

Guest Choice Three Protein - Plated
This menu package is just like our other Guest Choice option, but guests can choose between 3 proteins instead of 2. With this package, you can give guests a choice between chicken, steak, and fish.
This package includes:
- A choice between three proteins
- Two passed appetizers
- A charcuterie board appetizer
- A plated salad
Similar to the Guest Choice 2 Protein package, this option does require guests to select their meal in advance. To help our team serve efficiently, we’ll also need you to provide indicator cards for each guest showing their chosen entrée.
This is a great choice if:
- You would like to serve a plated meal
- You would like to provide your guests with more entree options
- You would enjoy featuring a charcuterie board during cocktail hour
- You are comfortable with collecting RSVPS and creating indicator cards

Surf & Turf - Plated
Our Surf & Turf package is the most elevated of our plated options, pairing land and sea for an indulgent dining experience.
This package includes:
- Steak and lobster for each guest
- Three passed appetizers
- A charcuterie board appetizer
- A plated salad
This package includes a flatiron steak and lobster tail for each guest, as well as additional appetizers during cocktail hour. It is served plated and does not require you to collect menu RSVPs in advance – only allergies or dietary restriction details.
This is a great choice if:
- You would like to serve a plated meal
- You would like to give your guests a more elegant dining experience
- You would like additional appetizers during cocktail hour
- You would enjoy featuring a charcuterie board during cocktail hour
- You would prefer to skip collecting guest RSVPs and creating indicator cards

Stations - Buffet
Our last menu package is our most diverse and customizable option as it allows you to serve a variety of flavors and cuisines.
This package includes:
- Three or more stations of your choice
- Two passed appetizers
- A plated salad
With our stations package, you can choose between tacos, asian fusion, pasta, southern food, carving stations, and more. Because our stations are designed to offer your guests a taste of multiple cuisines, we suggest a minimum of three stations for a full, balanced meal. This will be set up similarly to a buffet, where guests will visit each station to put together a custom plate.
This is a great choice if:
- You are looking for a more custom menu
- You would like to offer a variety of cuisines
- You are looking to give your guests a more unique dining experience
- You are comfortable with buffet-style service
- You would prefer to skip collecting guest RSVPs and creating indicator cards
