Ballroom Floorplans

At your final walkthrough meeting (about 30 days prior to your event), we will customize a floor plan with you based on your guest count and design preferences. In the meantime, feel free to browse some of the following layouts to get some ideas. 

We have the following table sizes available: 3′ or 6′ sweetheart tables, 5′ rounds, 6′ rounds, 6′ banquets, and 8′ banquets.

For reference, our 5′ round tables seat between eight and ten guests comfortably, while the 6′ rounds can seat between eleven and twelve guests (please note we only have a total of eight 6′ round tables in-house).

We do not include charger plates in-house. If you are providing or renting chargers for the tables, please seat no more than nine guests at a 5′ round and eleven guests at a 6′ round.

6′ banquet tables seat six guests or up to eight guests with end-cap seating. 8′ banquet tables seat eight guests or up to ten guests with end-cap seating.
