Our full-service approach makes wedding planning simple and stress-free, while still offering plenty of customization to make every wedding day unique. Apart from access to our stunning venue, when you book your wedding at The Oaks, you’ll also receive a professional wedding coordinator, planning resources, reception rentals, customizable food and beverage options, exceptional service staff, and more.

Experienced Wedding Day Coordinator
From big picture ideas to nitty gritty details, our dedicated event day coordinators will work tirelessly to bring your wedding day vision to life. Our coordination services begin a few months before your wedding, so while you will still be responsible for the overall planning and design, our coordinators are always available for help along the way.
In the months leading up to your wedding, your coordinator will be available for any tricky wedding planning questions that may arise. About 30 days before, you’ll meet together to discuss all your final details, like your menu and bar selections, floor plan, linen colors, welcome decor, and ceremony lineup. At this meeting, you will also finalize your wedding day timeline, which will help your day run seamlessly. The week of your wedding, your coordinator will reach out to your vendors to share important details and confirm arrival times. Your coordinator will also facilitate your ceremony rehearsal the day before your wedding. Finally, on your wedding day, you can rest assured that your coordinator will execute everything you’ve worked so hard to plan.

Planning Resources
In addition to having an experienced wedding coordinator at your fingertips, when you book with The Oaks, you will also receive an abundance of planning resources designed specifically for Oaks couples!
On our client resource page, we have sample timelines, floor plans, send-off ideas, decor guidelines, frequently asked questions, and more! Our favorite planning resource is our preferred vendor list, which includes over 50 suggestions for vendors we love to work with. Although not required, booking from our vendor list helps make planning a breeze.
Ceremony Rehearsal
To put your mind at ease on your wedding day, we offer a ceremony rehearsal the day before your wedding. At the rehearsal, your coordinator will direct your wedding party and family through the ceremony processional and recessional so that everyone knows exactly what to do the day of!
During your scheduled rehearsal time, you are also welcome to drop off any non-perishable decor – one less thing to worry about the morning of your wedding! We’ll safely store your decor and handle all set-up and tear-down the day of; we’ll even put it in the car for you at the end of the night!


Rainy Day Plan
On your wedding day, the last thing you want to be worrying about is the weather. At The Oaks, our gorgeous, bright and airy ballroom can also serve as an indoor ceremony location, and a beautiful plan B in case of less than ideal atmospheric conditions. With two-story vaulted ceilings, large windows, and skylights, you get views of the outdoors while being protected from the elements.
The day of your wedding, your coordinator will be keeping a close eye on the forecast and will check in with you if it looks like rain. Having this built-in back-up plan will prevent unnecessary last-minute stress, ensure guest comfort, and give you peace of mind knowing that no matter what happens, your ceremony will be beautiful, and at the end of it, you’ll be married!
Reception Rentals
To make wedding planning even easier, when you book at The Oaks, you also get all reception rentals included. This includes tables, chairs, linens, glassware, flatware, and china.
Instead of coordinating multiple vendors, deliveries, and setup times, everything you need is already on-site and ready to go. We’ll also handle all set-up and tear-down for you. Not only is this easier and more cost-effective, but with your essentials covered, you can focus on the fun details and your overall aesthetic!
With different table types, multiple floor plan options, and plenty of linen colors, you truly can customize your selections to best fit your wedding day vision.


Customizeable Bar Packages
When you host a bar at The Oaks, you aren’t just getting unlimited alcohol. All of our bar packages also include tray passed drinks during cocktail hour, which helps avoid long lines at the bar, and wine service with dinner, where guests’ glasses will be topped off as needed. Table-side service means guests won’t have to get up to get a drink, so they can focus on enjoying their meal and toasting to the newlyweds!
With packages ranging from beer and wine to ultra-premium spirits, we have something for every couple. We also offer many bar upgrades, including a champagne welcome as guests arrive, signature cocktails, craft beer and seltzers, wine upgrades, a champagne toast at dinner, and more!

Catering by our Executive Chef
When guests enter the ballroom for dinner, they can expect tables set with meticulous detail, typically including a pre-set salad, bread basket, napkin, flatware, and a wine and water glass.
At The Oaks, we excel at plated dinners served directly to guests at their tables, but we can also offer a buffet-style dinner for the same cost. If you’re looking for something a bit more customizable, our dinner stations would be an excellent choice. With this option, you can offer your guests a variety of cuisine, including Tex-Mex or tacos, pasta, Asian fusion, and more.
All of our menu options also include delicious hors d’oeuvres, which are passed during cocktail hour. No need to worry if you have guests with allergies or dietary restrictions – we will make sure all guests are accommodated and well taken care of.

Our entire team is certified in food safety through Always Food Safe and trained in responsible alcohol service through TIPS certification.
Long before guests are welcomed into the building, our staff members are working behind the scenes to ensure your vision is brought to life. From ballroom set-up to efficient dinner service, our staff will work hand-in-hand with your coordinator to ensure your timeline flows effortlessly from one moment to the next, and that no detail is overlooked. Dressed in professional black attire, our team members are easy to identify should you or your guests need anything.

Menu Tasting
You’ll also witness everything we offer in action when you attend your menu tasting, which is offered to all couples who book The Oaks at no additional charge. When you enter, you’ll be greeted with a glass of champagne before attending a cocktail hour, where you can try a variety of appetizers, cocktails, and meet our bartenders. Once you take your seat for dinner, our executive chef will introduce the culinary team and give you an overview of the menu items you will be sampling. Should you have questions regarding your bar or menu options, our bartenders and kitchen crew will be visiting tables throughout the night.
While enjoying dinner, we’ll have a variety of items displayed to help you begin the planning process, including some decor items, ceremony arches, and all of the linen colors we have available. Our coordinators will also be meeting with each couple individually to answer any questions or offer advice! With an open bar and multiple delicious desserts to try after dinner, this is the perfect date night to jump into wedding planning!
We typically offer these tastings in the first quarter of the year you are getting married. If you are not able to attend a menu tasting, we will offer a menu consultation instead.
